Why I Get It, and How I Can Help…
I know how it feels to keep trying everything, only to feel like nothing truly works. I’ve been there. You name it, I’ve tried it all, therapy, coaching, energy healing, retreats, self-help books, seminars, somatic healing, support groups, spiritual teachers, more self-help books—each promising change but never quite getting to the root of what was holding me back. I wanted to feel confident in my decisions, to trust myself, to know what was best for me, and to create the life I knew I deserved. But no matter how much I worked at it, I found myself stuck in the same patterns, feeling frustrated and disconnected.
Through years of study, personal growth, and trial and error, I started to put together the missing pieces. That’s when everything shifted. I realised that change isn’t just about setting goals or “fixing” what feels broken; but that in order to create real change we need to address the long-standing beliefs and patterns that shape how we see ourselves and the world. And that in order to this we also need to learn how to ground ourselves enough to listen to what we truly want and taking steps from a place of clarity and strength.
I’ve combined everything I’ve learned into Hack & Attract—a process that goes beyond surface-level fixes. It’s about helping you uncover and shift the deeper patterns that hold you back, giving you the tools to create real, lasting change. This process has helped me become more confident, set boundaries, trust my instincts, and say yes to opportunities I never thought possible. It’s how I transformed my confidence, fitness achievements, my health, my career, and my relationships—and it’s something I continue to use as I grow and set new goals for myself.

Rosie is a multi-certified coach and wellness professional dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome personal limitations and achieve meaningful, lasting transformation. With certifications in One-on-One Personal Coaching, Timeline Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, and energy healing, she has developed the Hack & Attract process—a holistic, science-backed approach integrating mindset work, nervous system regulation, and goal alignment.
Rosie also holds a First Class BSc in Mathematics, and has worked as a Tech for some of the largest brands in the UK. She currently consults in this field, driven by a passion for problem-solving and a desire to build a portfolio career that unites her interests in personal development and business.
Drawing from her diverse experience in coaching, workshops, and group facilitation, as well as being a certified Les Mills fitness instructor and former England dodgeball player, Rosie blends physical, mental, and professional expertise to help clients achieve balance and clarity in all areas of life. She specialises in helping clients tackle challenges like anxiety, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs while achieving goals in areas such as overall health, fitness, relationships, and personal growth.
Having personally explored a wide range of approaches, Rosie understands first hand the gaps many traditional methods leave. Combining years of study and experience, she has created a process that meets people where they are, offering compassionate, tailored support to help them step into lives aligned with their deepest values and aspirations.
As someone who continues to use the Hack & Attract process to pursue her own evolving goals, Rosie is passionate about guiding others toward a future they’re excited about. Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, or workshops, she provides empathetic and empowering guidance to those ready to embrace change and take charge of their lives.
